Faculty & Staff Openings for 2021-2022 School Year 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT AND PRINCIPAL

  The successful candidate will be an ambassador of Assumption’s mission of hospitality, have excellent communication skills, and be an enthusiastic team player.  The qualified candidate must be  proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, able to manage multiple or competing priorities, have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented, and have the ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload.  Previous experience as an administrative assistant with either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.   This is a 12-month, full-time position.

DIRECTOR OF INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (IT)

The IT Director sets the strategic vision and directs all aspects of our highly regarded technology program.  Candidates for the position will have at least five years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology systems along with extensive experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft products. In addition, the ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of computer and security systems, network and systems administration, database and data storage systems, and telecommunication systems along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams across the organization.  A bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer information science or related technology degree required.  Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred.
