Shadowing for 8th grade students begins September 16, 2025

We look forward to hosting 7th grade students starting January 2026.

Should your family have questions about admissions or would like to schedule a tour, please contact Kelsey Gunter, Manager of Marketing and Admissions at (502) 271-2673.

There is a place for you at Assumption, and we can’t wait for you to spend a day as a Rocket with a current AHS student. Rocket guests will be greeted by a student hostess, attend classes, meet students and teachers, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and experience life at Assumption firsthand.

See the FAQs below to find answers to your questions:

How do I schedule a visit?

Click “Sign Up To Shadow” above to complete the online shadow request form. A parent or guardian may contact the Marketing & Admission Office at 502-271-2514 with any questions.

Please schedule your visit at least 48 business hours in advance to allow the Marketing & Admissions office to coordinate with our current students to create the best day possible for your daughter.

Eighth grade students are invited to shadow beginning in September, and seventh grade students are welcome beginning in January. Transfer students may shadow at any time during the school year.

You will be matched with an Assumption student host based on your academic and extracurricular interests. Our hosts are trained to help you get the most of your shadow experience and can’t wait to meet you!

Student hosts can be requested, too. It’s up to you!
