Faculty & Staff Openings for 2025-2026 School Year

MANAGER OF ALUMNAE RELATIONS & ANNUAL FUND GIVING

Assumption High School seeks a dynamic and mission-driven professional to serve as Manager of Alumnae Relations and Annual Fund Giving. As a key member of the Advancement Team, this individual will be responsible for planning and implementing programs that engage alumnae, strengthen relationships across the community, and build financial support for the school’s mission through the annual fund. This role blends relationship management, donor engagement, and strategic communications to foster lifelong connections with Assumption and inspire increased participation in annual giving.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field with 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, sales, marketing, or communications (nonprofit or school environment preferred). Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills along with excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.  Familiarity with donor databases or CRM systems (e.g., GiveCampus, Little Green Light)

THEOLOGY TEACHER

Must be a practicing Catholic. Catechist Certification or ability to work toward same. Teaching certification and/or experience working with high school students preferred. MANAGER OF SPECIAL EVENTS & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Assumption High Schools seeks a dynamic, energetic, and detail oriented individual as our Manager of Special Events and Community Engagement to serve as a member of our Advancement Team.   This position is responsible for planning and executing events that support the mission of Assumption High School and strengthen connections among alumnae, parents, donors, and the broader community.   The ideal candidate will develop strategies to increase community engagement, enhance school spirit, and grow philanthropic support through memorable experiences and intentional relationship-building.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business administration) with a proven track record of success in fundraising, business development, or event management. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.     This is a 12 month, full time position.

FACILITIES

Assumption is seeking a full-time staff member to join our facilities/custodial team.  School experience preferred but we will train the right person with a can-do attitude.   Monday through Friday with occasional weekends for events. Substitute Teachers

Assumption High School  is seeking substitute teachers for the 2023-2024 school year.  Substitute teachers are needed on an “on-call” basis throughout the school year.  Applicants with teaching certification and/or Bachelor’s degree as well as experience in a high school setting preferred. Applicants must complete a background check and Safe Environment Training through the Archdiocese of Louisville.
