FINANACE COORDINATOR
Assumption High School seeks a Finance Coordinator to join our dedicated team. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of accounts payable and assisting with monthly reports and close outs, and various department tasks, including budgets and audit. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Associates Degree with relevant experience required.

CAMPUS STORE & SUMMER CAMP MANAGER
Assumption High School seeks a dynamic, customer-focused leader to manage our Campus Store and Summer Camp programs. This 12-month role requires a passion for delivering exceptional service, strong retail acumen, including pricing and margin analysis, and meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of store operations and summer camp management, ensuring a welcoming experience for students, families, and the community. - Valid CDL with School endorsement
- Safe driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to student safety
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Previous school bus driving experience is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of traffic regulations and safety standards

FACILITIES
Assumption is seeking a full-time staff member to join our facilities/custodial team. School experience preferred but we will train the right person with a can-do attitude. Substitute Teachers
Assumption High School is seeking substitute teachers for the 2023-2024 school year. Substitute teachers are needed on an “on-call” basis throughout the school year. Applicants with teaching certification and/or Bachelor’s degree as well as experience in a high school setting preferred. Applicants must complete a background check and Safe Environment Training through the Archdiocese of Louisville.
