Shadow Pep Rally - Assumption High School

We are so excited to welcome you to Assumption for your day as a Rocket!

On Thursday, April 24, Assumption is hosting the Spring Pep Rally in which the whole school gathers together to celebrate and cheer on our spring sports athletes. If your daughter is interested in staying all day for this AHS tradition, we invite her to do so. Please complete this form to let us know if she is able to join us for the assembly or plans to depart at standard dismissal time for our Future Rocket guests.

If your daughter would like to stay all day for the Pep Rally, please fill out this form.

ARRIVAL – between 8:10 and 8:25 A.M.

Please pull into the carpool lane from Bardstown Road and pull all the way around campus to the Main Entrance.
You may drop off your daughter at the Main Entrance and exit campus using Tyler Lane.
To avoid carpool traffic, please do not arrive prior to 8:10 a.m.

LUNCH

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to experience classes, explore ways to get involved and enjoy a complimentary lunch! To view Assumption’s lunch menu, please click here!

WHAT TO WEAR

While visiting, casual clothes including leggings, sweatpants, t-shirts, and sweatshirts are acceptable. Closed toed shoes are required. Please no sandals or flip flops.

CELL PHONE POLICY

Cell phones may be used to contact a parent or guardian at the end of the day, but we ask that our guests keep phones turned off or on silent so that they may fully experience a day as a Rocket.

DISMISSAL – 2:00 PM (If your daughter does not plan to stay for the Pep Rally.)

Please enter the two-way drive off of Bardstown Road and pull all the way up the pickup lane beginning at the Main Entrance.
Your daughter will come out to meet you after saying her goodbyes in the pickup lane where you dropped her off.
Please be cautious of St. Raphael carpool traffic entering campus from the opposite direction. Staff will be outside to direct you when necessary.

DISMISSAL – 2:55 PM (If your daughter stays for the Pep Rally. Don’t forget to complete this form to let us know!)

Please pull into the St. Raphael parking lot from Bardstown Road and park in any open spot.
Staff members will walk your daughter to the St. Raphael parking lot to meet you.
You may exit directly onto Bardstown Road.

Archdiocese of Louisville Catholic School Students ONLY:

If you are shadowing on a day that your school is in session, you are required to have your school sign a Shadow Documentation Form prior to your visit. Please bring the signed form to Assumption the day of your visit to be signed for verification of your visit. All other students should check to see what their specific school requires.
