Assistant Lacrosse Coach  

Ideal candidates can express how they will: 

• Support the mission and vision of the school. 
• Assist in managing all aspects of the lacrosse program. 
• Coordinate all activities within to include lacrosse team workouts, individual instruction, conditioning, and strength training. 
• Foster the development of a program culture for student-athletes from freshmen to seniors. Ideal candidates will express the type of championship culture they want for the program and how the players will benefit from it. 
• Build a program that can compete and win.  
• Assist in hosting a regionally prominent high school and/or youth tournament. 
• Build a regionally prominent youth camp, and/or league. 
• Support recruiting efforts of athletes desiring to play in college. 
• Have ideas to engage parents and alumnae in meaningful ways. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience playing or coaching lacrosse at a high level 
• Support of the teachings of the Catholic Church, Mercy values and the mission and vision of Assumption High School.
