Rocket Rumble
Rocket Rumble is a 7v7 play day style tournament set up for field hockey teams of every grade and level. We will have divisions in age groups below:
K-2nd grade
3rd and 4th grade
5th and 6th grade
We will also place teams based on self reported skill in order to provide the best experience.
All divisions will play June 6 and 7. We will play after 1:00 pm on June 8 if necessary.
Pre-High School Play Day
This is a midseason play day set up to prepare teams for the CSAA City Championship and prepare athletes for high school tryouts. Played on Assumption High School Green, the site of the city tournament, under the lights. All games will be played on Thursday June 6th, starting at 5:00pm (weather permitting). One night only, spots are limited.
We will also place teams based on self reported skill in order to provide the best experience.
Fill out the form to register your team. Rosters will be requested after scheduling begins. Rosters are firm.
There is no cost for this play day.
Field Hockey Summer School
Summer school was created to help experienced players polish individual skills through drills. Players will be evaluated and placed in small groups, sorted by skill and age and will receive instruction from Assumption High School coaching staff and college bound athletes. This clinic will focus on individual and small group skills such as hitting, receiving, passing, ball movement, shooting and tipping, 1 v 1 defensive techniques, penalty strokes, marking, set play strategies and skills (inserting, hitting and tipping on corners/corner defense), outletting, transferring and pressure defense. Sessions will be 1½ hour long.
Who: Experienced field hockey players entering grades 6-12
When: Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30-10:00
Tuesday May 27th, Thursday May 29th, Thursday June 5th, Tuesday June 17th, and Thursday June 19th

Cost: $35 per session or $150 for all 5 sessions
