Building a Legacy
From Freshman Year to College and Beyond
The Assumption Athletic experience is built to help young women grow over four transformative years. As freshmen, student athletes are introduced to a culture of excellence, accountability, and sisterhood. Through their sophomore and junior years, they gain confidence, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of what it means to represent Assumption Athletics. By senior year, they are prepared to leave their own legacy while mentoring the next generation of Rockets.
For those aspiring to compete at the collegiate or professional level, Assumption provides the resources, coaching, competitive opportunities, and support needed to pursue those dreams. Our tradition of athletic excellence has helped hundreds of Rockets continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level while building the foundation for lifelong success.
Whether an athlete's goal is to earn a college scholarship, compete at the next level, or simply maximize her high school experience she will leave Assumption stronger, more confident, and better prepared for life after sport
