Outcomes of a Graduate

At Assumption, we believe a great education is measured not only by what students know, but by who they become. As part of a strategic initiative, our faculty and staff came together to define the lasting outcomes of an Assumption education and identify the qualities, values, and skills we believe are most important for our graduates. The result is our Outcomes of an Assumption Graduate. A reflection of our mission, our Mercy heritage, and what we consider the true Assumption advantage. These outcomes serve as the foundation for our programs, experiences, and learning opportunities, providing a shared vision for student growth. We intentionally partner with our students throughout their journey, helping them understand these outcomes, recognize them in their daily experiences, and work toward achieving them as young women whose faith guides them, whose integrity matters, whose compassion inspires, and whose excellence empowers.
