The first step to become a member of the Rocket family is to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) at Assumption on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
Students don't need to register to take the HSPT at Assumption. Just come to the entrance of our gym between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m., Bring a #2 pencil and the $10 test fee (cash or check payable to Assumption High School). Calculators are not allowed. We encourage students to get a good night’s sleep before the test and to eat a nutritious breakfast. Students should finish the test between 12:00 to 12:30 p.m.
We invite parents to come into the gym at 12:00 p.m. for light refreshments and the opportunity to meet our administration and current freshman parents. They will be able to answer any additional questions you may have about Assumption High School and the enrollment process. Our campus store is also open for special Christmas gift shopping.
Each student who takes the HSPT must complete a Student Information Sheet. For your convenience, we have included a link
to an electronic version of this form. We encourage you and your daughter to complete and submit the form prior to Saturday morning. Then, we ask that you print the confirmation email, sign it, and have your daughter bring the copy with her to the placement test. However, your daughter may also complete this form when she arrives at Assumption on December 10 for the test.
